Beyond this timeframe, there are no refunds.
Marine Room

The Garden Suite
Book the entire house.
3 Queen beds plus one Queen-size sofa-bed;
8-person maximum.
(In case of emergencies or necessary repairs & maintenance, the caretaker, who resides in a cabin on the edge of the property, can be available.)
Three-night minimum booking.
Nightly Rates are discounted based on the length of stay:
3 nights: $650/night ($1,950 plus applicable taxes)
4 nights: $600/night ($2,400 plus taxes)
5 nights: $550/night ($2,750 plus taxes)
6 nights: $500/night ($3,000 plus taxes)
7-10 nights: $450/night ($3,150- $4,500 plus taxes)
11-30 nights: $350/night (plus taxes)
Cleaning fee: $100
Meals not supplied.
Entire House Rentals must be reserved at least one month in advance.
For 3-5 night bookings, full payment must be received 21 days prior to arrival.
For 6 nights and beyond, full payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival.
